Warranty Policy For Indus Fans:

Inverter fan motors are covered by a 3-year repair warranty starting from the purchase date. Warranty will be valid if the fan is regularly maintained, subject to specific terms:


  • Components of fans, including remote and Motor Controller, have a 2-year repair warranty from the purchase date.
  • To make a repair warranty claim, the warranty card must be completed, signed, and stamped by the authorized dealer.
  • Warranty card alterations, such as cutting or overwriting, will not be accepted.
  • In cases not covered by the repair warranty, service and replacement charges will be applied.
  • Replacement for non-repairable manufacturing faults necessitates approval from the authorized service provider.
  • The company is not accountable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the usage of Indus Fan products.
  • Replacement Warranty is valid for 10 Days only from the date of purchase; after that, the product will not be replaced. Instead, charges will be applied for any components repair and replacements.

  • Exclusions:

  • The repair warranty does not extend to damages from accidents, attempted repairs, negligence, or customer mishandling.
  • Motor burnout due to voltage fluctuations or water seepage (except waterproof ceiling fans) is not included.
  • Correct Motor Controller connections as per manual instructions are necessary.
  • Repair Warranty becomes void if the Motor Controller sustains damage from being connected to a dimmer.
  • Warranty does not encompass breakage of parts.

  • Warranty Policy For Indus Washing Machines

    Motor Warranty:

  • Motor Warranty of Washing Machine is valid for 5 years.
  • Motor Warranty of Spin Dryer is valid for 18 months.
  • In case of any technical issue in motor of Washing Machine and Spin Dryer, the motor shall be replaced with a new or used motor only once, with free service. In case of motor replacement afterwards, extra charges will be applied.

  • Parts Warranty:

  • Parts Warranty of Washing Machine and Spin Dryer is valid for 1 Year.
  • In case of any technical issue in Washing Machine and Spin Dryer, parts shall be replaced with a new or used parts only once, with free service. In case of parts replacement afterwards, extra charges will be applied.

  • Warranty Details:

  • Warranty is valid from the date of production onwards.
  • Warranty card should be filled correctly & properly and Dealer stamp and signature are necessary. Incomplete, cancelled or altered warranty card shall not be considered valid.
  • Warranty shall not be applicable if the product is repaired from a workshop other than the authorized dealer of Indus.
  • In case of electricity fluctuations, poor quality wiring and generator supply, short circuit, overload, natural disaster, accident and any carelessness, warranty shall not be applicable. Product transport & home visit charges shall be paid by the customer.
  • Warranty is not applicable for plastic and rubber parts, which change their original state due to usage.

  • Warranty Details:

  • While using Spin Dryer, must use the plastic cover. Otherwise, the clothes might enter the internal space of the dryer resulting in damage to the motor. In this case, motor warranty will not be applicable.
  • Replacement of parts of old model products and their repairing shall be subjected to availability of stock.

  • Warranty Policy Of Indus Plastic Furniture

  • If any plastic product breaks in 2 years, customers just have to pay 65%, and its product will be changed
  • During shipping, the company will not be responsible for product.

  • Warranty Policy For Indus Air Cooler

  • Motor Warranty of Air Cooler is valid for 1 year.
  • Warranty applies to manufacturing and technical defects. The customer must bring the product to the service center in proper packing, along with the warranty card and a copy of the purchase receipt.
  • In case of a complaint, if the product is repaired by an unauthorized technician, the warranty will be void.
  • If the motor burns out due to reasons like voltage fluctuation, this will not be covered under warranty.
  • The warranty will be void if the product is opened or repaired by an unauthorized person.
  • The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from the improper usage of the product.
  • If the product is used in a commercial setting instead of a household setting, the warranty will not be applicable.
  • Warranty shall not be applicable if the product is repaired from a workshop other than the authorized dealer of Indus.
  • The warranty does not cover transportation costs for product repairs.
  • The company is not responsible for damages or losses due to natural disasters.
  • The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
  • Warranty is not provided for products marked as DC/12V.
  • Products labeled as AC/DC do not come with any warranty.
  • No warranty is provided for plastic parts or remote controls.
